The LORD has been generous to us! We were able to purchase 14 acres of property on the frontage road of I-5 at the Clark County Fairgrounds exit. The terms for the purchase were extraordinary and generosity of our church family to give toward the down payment was exceptional. Now that we own the property, our next steps include establishing revenue streams from existing structures (house, shop, etc); investigating wetland mitigation options; investigating partnerships with like-minded organizations to develop the property; investigating options to construct a facility for office and mid-week meeting space in the next 18-24 months.
