Over the last few weeks we have been advertising the Purple Project. We have encouraged your participation in working through it alongside your family members, coworkers, and friends. This past Sunday we had the privilege of hearing from one of our FUEL students, Connor Gillihan, and about his experience in completing the Purple Book with his family.

One are of study that Connor found intriguing was baptism. He read about the Israelites crossing the Red Sea and recognized how baptism was symbolized within this story. The Israelites had left slavery in Egypt and were being pursued by Pharaoh's army. When they reached the Red Sea, the waters were parted the the Israelites crossed the distance on dry ground. Once they reached the other side, they emerged new people.

So cool to hear about what's been happening as you've been working through your Purple Books!
