Every September our church family hosts a Labor Day event consisting of a family meal and the highly anticipated "Chili & Pie" cook-off competition. This year, our family meal will include Hot Dogs and Kielbasas! Each family is encouraged to bring a side dish. There will also be activities set up for the entire family! After our meal, these game stations and bounce houses will be open for children and their families to enjoy. Although there will be no regularly scheduled eKIDS service, this will still be a great opportunity for children to invite their friends and participate in the day's events!

New to this year's Chili & Pie Competition is the addition of a "Jr. Cupcake Competition" category! All children 11-years and younger can compete for the title of "Best cupcakes". Entries will be based on taste, creativity, and presentation. All contestants wanting to participate in the Chili, Pie, and Cupcake competition must sign up HERE. (For competition rules and guidelines, see Tiffany Geehan.)

As you talk to your friends, family, and coworkers about their plans for the Labor Day weekend, take the opportunity to invite them to our family meal as we enjoy each others fellowship and time together!
